Personality: Hideki is very expressive, and hides a brilliant mind beneath an
easygoing manner. He speaks several languages including Japanese, English, Korean,
Mandarin and Cantonese. He does not let on he speaks English well - or at all if
possible - tending to feign needing a translator where possible. It gives him time
to think out an answer, and saves him ever being caught offguard.
History: Born and rasied solely by his mother, Hideki has no idea his father is Sanshou Kaichi, one of his bosses. One of the heads of the Sanshou Ltd Company, Kaichi and his brothers hide a large secret. The company is merely a front for the yakuza, the Japanese mafia. Hideki's mother raised him far from this front, hoping to keep him away from his father, but after she was killed in a car accident, his only means of support came through Sanshou, who to this day has not revealed neither Hideki's bloodline, nor the company's cover.
Unfortunately, before Hideki climbed far enough up on the corporate ladder, he witnessed a brutal execution at the hands of the yakuza. Unsure if he was seen, Hideki sat on the information for just long enough to understand the company's true identity, and went for the authorities. But now he finds himself in need of protection from the very people he worked for. He's put under the watchful eye of Kyle Curtis, FBI agent. Thrust into a new situation, with someone he barely knows, Hideki has to learn to adapt - to situations beyond his control.
